On July 31, 2016, members of the St. Petersburg Cluster of Clean Technologies for the urban environment was presented on the main Russian channel "Russia 1" regarding the energy efficiency of apartment buildings in St. Petersburg. Particular attention was paid to the implementation of an energy service contract in St. Petersburg, where NP "City homeowners association" (the managing company of the Cluster) is a General Customer.
The energy efficiency project with investment in the heating system was developed and implemented by Green Energy One AS and FIRST ESCO St. Petersburg. Saved heat energy from October 2015 for May 2016 amounted to 28.7%.
