The second national seminar of the SmartUp Accelerator project will take place on May 17, 2019 13.00-14.30 within the international conference of clusters "CLUSTERS OPEN BORDERS. TIME FOR LEADERS". The seminar will become a part of a round table "The program of interregional and border clusters cooperation " organized by Saint-Petersburg Cleantech Cluster for urban environment.
